Follow Up An Existing Support Request
We have introduced a new system to manage website and content updates.
All requests for updates to websites should now be made through this support system.
Each instance for website changes or updates will incur a minimum charge of £25+vat. We would therefore encourage clients to bundle together changes where possible to avoid excessive billing for small amendments.
Each non-related change should be created as a separate support ticket.
Where this is not possible, or the update is urgent, please indicate at the time of submitting your request whether you wish us to action the update request as soon as possible, or to bundle the request with additional support tickets to action together when the minimum 1 hour period for updates has been reached.
